CIPM to Host National HR Conference on June 5th and 6th

The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Sri Lanka is gearing up to host its prestigious National HR Conference 2024 (NHRC 2024) under the theme “Navigating the HR Horizon” on June 5 and 6 at the Monarch Imperial, Sri Jayewardenepura Kotte. CIPM Sri Lanka President Ken Vijayakumar emphasized the significance of the event in addressing the critical challenges and opportunities shaping the future of Human Resources, particularly in the wake of pandemic aftershocks, economic uncertainties, and evolving employee expectations.
