Dialog Axiata PLC has been recognized as the most significant Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) contributor by the Board of Investment (BOI), marking a notable achievement in its role towards the country’s economic development. This prestigious accolade, presented during the BOI’s 45th-anniversary celebrations, highlights Dialog’s substantial contributions as Sri Lanka’s largest Foreign Direct Investor, with investments totaling $3.25 billion.

The Board of Investment Awards program, designed to acknowledge enterprises showcasing resilience, innovation, and agility in the global marketplace, honored Dialog Axiata for its pivotal role in shaping Sri Lanka’s economy through significant FDI projects. The ceremony, held at the Presidential Secretariat, saw President Ranil Wickremesinghe presenting awards to companies driving foreign direct investment, export performance, and economic progress.
