Gem Sri Lanka 2025 to Shine in Beruwela from January 8-10

The second edition of Gem Sri Lanka 2025, South Asia’s premier gemstone exhibition, will take place from January 8-10, 2025, at Cinnamon Bentota Beach, Beruwela. The event will be graced by President Anura Kumara Dissanayake as the Chief Guest.

Organized by the Chinafort Gem and Jewellery Traders Association (CGJTA) with support from the National Gem and Jewellery Authority (NGJA) and the Export Development Board (EDB), Gem Sri Lanka 2025 will showcase the island’s renowned gem heritage. The exhibition will unite industry professionals, international buyers, and sellers to explore Sri Lanka’s innovation across mining, cutting, polishing, and heat treatment of gemstones.

This prestigious event is expected to significantly boost Sri Lanka’s tourism sector by attracting international visitors who are keen to explore the country’s unique gemstone heritage and stunning natural beauty. With its rich cultural history, picturesque landscapes, and world-class hospitality, Sri Lanka offers the perfect backdrop for this global exhibition.
