Sri Lanka’s PickMe to Go Public with Rs 1.5 Billion Share Offer

Digital Mobility Solutions Lanka Limited, the operator of Sri Lanka’s popular PickMe ride-hailing app, is set to go public, according to an announcement by the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE).

The initial public offering (IPO) will involve the sale of 43.34 million shares by existing shareholders at a price of 36 rupees per share, aiming to raise around 1.5 billion rupees.

The IPO is scheduled to open on September 13. CT CLSA Capital (Pvt) Ltd and Capital Alliance Partners Limited have been appointed as the advisors for the offering. The prospectus for the IPO will be available on the CSE website starting September 03.
