Access Logistics Park Ekala (Pvt) Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of Access Engineering PLC, has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB), according to a stock exchange filing.
The agreement falls under the net plus plus scheme and covers a 9.08 MW solar photovoltaic (PV) installation. The contract is set for a validity period of 20 years.
On Monday, Access Engineering’s stock closed at 40.00 rupees.
