MiHCM Unveils AI-Powered Support Agent for 24/7 Customer Assistance

MiHCM recently introduced its AI-powered support agent during the Microsoft AI Tour in Singapore, aiming to enhance customer service with real-time, efficient query resolution.

Developed using the AI agentic framework, the support agent delivers a near-human chat experience by leveraging advanced natural language processing and large language AI models. It understands customer requests, narrows down issues, and provides accurate responses, ensuring seamless interaction. Additionally, it integrates with the MiHCM support portal, escalating unresolved queries to human agents for timely assistance.

“Our AI-powered support agent is a major step in enhancing customer experience,” said MiHCM CEO Harsha Purasinghe at the launch event in Singapore. “We are committed to continuous improvements to provide instant and effective support to our clients.”

Unlike traditional automated agents, MiHCM’s solution engages in dynamic conversations, eliminating the frustration of rigid, pre-programmed responses. It also evolves with a constantly expanding knowledge base, with future plans to incorporate training scripts to further enhance user experience.

Phase 1 of the rollout began on March 1 for selected customers, with full access for all MiHCM clients starting April 1.
