The NSA 2025 celebrated the outstanding achievements of Sri Lankan sales professionals, recognising their vital role in driving business growth and excellence. The event reflected the theme “Ambassadors of Sales,” acknowledging leadership, professionalism and dedication within the industry.

NSA 2025 marked a significant milestone in recognising exceptional sales talent across Sri Lanka. Organised by the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM), the prestigious National Sales Awards honoured professionals who have demonstrated dedication, leadership and excellence. This year’s NSA 2025 followed the theme “Ambassadors of Sales,” with the tagline “The Force Behind the Figures,” highlighting that true sales success extends beyond numbers, embracing integrity, strategy and professionalism.

At the NSA 2025 event held on 28th October 2025, SLIM President Prof. Dewasiri N. Jayantha emphasised the impressive response of over 1,200 entries and noted an inspiring increase in female participation. He stated that NSA 2025 continues to showcase the evolving role of sales professionals, offering visibility and recognition beyond workplace boundaries. Vice President of Events & Sustainability, Mr. Enoch Perera, added that the NSA 2025 is more than an award ceremony, serving as a platform for aspiring and experienced professionals to advance their careers.

Vice President of Education & Research, Dr. Dilhan Sampath Jayatilleke, highlighted that the NSA 2025 has been officially endorsed by the Ministry of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development for its contribution to strengthening SMEs, entrepreneurship and the National SME Development Strategy Framework. This endorsement further elevated the national significance of the event. Project Chair Mr. Channa Jayasinghe commented that the transparent and structured judging process of NSA 2025 has contributed to its credibility, creating long-term career opportunities for participants.

Head of Jury, Mr. Anil Kumara Meegahage, explained that the essence of sales excellence at NSA 2025 lies in creating value, understanding client needs, maintaining ethical practices and building lasting partnerships. SLIM CEO Mr. Chamil Wickremasinghe affirmed that NSA 2025 continues to be a prestigious platform recognised by sales, marketing, business and leadership communities for setting high standards of professionalism.
