The event brought together more than 300 high-performing sales professionals, alongside senior leadership and board members, reflecting the scale and significance of the occasion.

Held at Cinnamon Life Colombo, the ceremony recognised individuals who achieved High Flyers status, qualified for the globally respected Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), and earned the title of ‘Sales Superstar’ during 2025. These distinctions are awarded based on stringent performance benchmarks, underscoring the high standards maintained by the organisation in cultivating a results-driven sales culture.

The theme ‘Unstoppable Champions’ encapsulated the spirit of determination and consistent achievement that defines the company’s workforce. The event was attended by over 450 participants and featured the presentation of nearly 370 awards, illustrating the breadth of talent within the organisation. The ceremony was graced by Chief Guest Srinivasa Rao, Managing Director – Life and Health (South Asia and South East Asia) at Munich Re, reflecting the international relevance and recognition of Sri Lanka’s insurance sector.

Adding to the significance of the evening, two Toyota Axio motor cars were awarded to top performers R. P. Edirisinghe and S. S. H. M. T. Laksiri, both of whom consistently qualified as High Flyers and MDRT members. These awards symbolised not only individual achievement but also the company’s commitment to rewarding excellence and incentivising high performance.

Top honours for the year were awarded across key categories, with A. S. L. Fernando named Best Agency Head, H. D. Pathirana recognised as Best Agency Supervisor, A. I. P. Manjula awarded Best Life Insurance Advisor, and J. Meera honoured as Best Regional Sales Manager. These recognitions highlight the critical role of leadership and teamwork in driving organisational success.

The company reported gross written premium income of Rs. 44.2 billion for 2025, alongside total consolidated income of Rs. 72.43 billion. These figures reinforce its leadership position in the life insurance Sri Lanka sector, where scale, trust, and consistent delivery are key differentiators.

Policyholders also benefited significantly during the year, receiving a record Rs. 31 billion in net claims and benefits. This reflects the company’s core commitment to delivering value and financial security to its customers. Meanwhile, the Life Fund expanded to Rs. 201.8 billion, demonstrating sustained growth and long-term financial stability.

Total assets reached Rs. 287 billion, with the investment portfolio growing to Rs. 253.4 billion as at the end of 2025. These metrics indicate a robust financial foundation, enabling the company to continue investing in innovation, customer service, and human capital development.
