As the first in Sri Lanka and South Asia to launch this service, Dialog enables users to manage eSIMs with unmatched convenience.

The eSIM Quick Transfer feature simplifies mobile connectivity, addressing the rising popularity of eSIMs due to their enhanced security and remote profile management. Users can now effortlessly transfer their eSIMs in three ways: converting a physical SIM to eSIM directly in device settings, transferring physical SIMs to eSIM in new devices through iPhone or iPad settings, and seamlessly migrating eSIMs between old and new devices during data transfer. Compatible devices include iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR, or later models, and iPads supporting eSIM technology, with iOS 17.5 or later required.

This innovation follows the success of Dialog’s ONE NUMBER service, allowing customers to use the same number across both iPhone and Apple Watch.
