HSBC Sri Lanka has been named Best Consumer Digital Bank in the country for the fourth consecutive year by Global Finance in the 2024 World’s Best Consumer Digital Bank Awards in the Asia-Pacific region. This prestigious recognition follows HSBC’s recent accolade as Sri Lanka’s Best International Bank for 2024 by Euromoney.

In addition to winning the top honor, HSBC excelled in four sub-categories, further cementing its leadership in the digital banking space. For the first time, the bank won the title for Best Mobile Banking App, alongside awards for Best User Experience (UX) Design, Best Information Security and Fraud Management, and Best Integrated Consumer Banking Site.
