Pan Asia Bank Unveils ‘SME Re-Energizer’ Loan to Support Business Growth

Pan Asia Bank has launched its new ‘SME Re-Energizer’ loan, a collaborative initiative with the Sri Lankan Government aimed at providing crucial financial support to SMEs and MSMEs across Sri Lanka.

The ‘SME Re-Energizer’ loan offers investment opportunities up to Rs. 15 million per SME client with a valid business registration, featuring a competitive interest rate of 7 percent per annum. This scheme targets various key sectors including manufacturing, construction, exports, tourism, apparel, fisheries, animal husbandry, agriculture, and agro-based industries.

The loan provides flexible repayment options, catering to the long-term financial needs of businesses. It supports the purchase of assets such as machinery, equipment, or furniture for business expansion. Additionally, it covers cost reduction initiatives like solar installations and productivity enhancements, vehicle purchases for the tourism sector, and business growth through new or advanced technologies. The scheme also facilitates new constructions, expansions, or refurbishments of factories, buildings, warehouses, and tourism-related facilities.
