Sri Lanka’s bond yields saw a sharp decline on Tuesday, with key maturities experiencing notable drops.
A bond maturing on 15.10.2028 was quoted at 9.95/10.05 percent, down from 10.05/10 percent the previous day.
The 15.10.2030 bond fell to 10.45/55 percent, from 10.65/75 percent, while the 15.12.2032 bond declined to 10.95/11.00 percent, from 11.08/12 percent. The downward trend in yields reflects changing market conditions and investor sentiment, signaling easing pressures in Sri Lanka’s debt markets.
