Sri Lankan Rupee Strengthens to 290.95 Against Dollar, Bond Yields Steady
Sri Lanka’s rupee opened stronger on Thursday, trading at 290.95/291.05 to the US dollar, compared to 291.00/10 on Wednesday, according to currency dealers. In the bond market, yields remained steady for most maturities: In the equity market, the All Share Price Index (ASPI) rose by 0.34 percent, or 44.69 points, to close at 13,094, while
