Rupee Strengthens to 303.05/15; Bond Yields and Stocks Up
On Friday, Sri Lanka’s rupee opened stronger at 303.05/15 against the US dollar, improving from the previous day’s closing rate of 303.25/40. In the bond market, yields were up across various maturities. In equities, Colombo’s All Share Price Index opened 3.07 points higher at 11,643, while the S&P SL20 of more liquid stocks rose 0.06%
