Union Assurance Teams Up with Singer Sri Lanka to Enhance Payment Collection Services

Union Assurance, Sri Lanka’s prominent Life Insurer, has solidified its service offerings by forging a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Singer PLC, one of the nation’s leading retail giants. This strategic partnership is poised to elevate customer convenience through Singer’s extensive network of outlets dotted across the island, facilitating efficient payment collection services.

With a focus on enhancing accessibility for policyholders, the collaboration will significantly expand Union Assurance’s cash collection points through Singer’s vast network of 435 outlets nationwide. This initiative aims to streamline the payment process for policyholders, allowing them to manage their Life Insurance premiums and loans seamlessly.

Selected Singer branches will offer extended cash collection services from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm daily, providing policyholders with flexibility to settle their payments at their convenience, even beyond regular business hours. Furthermore, policyholders will benefit from real-time updates on their policy status and payment confirmations, empowering them to stay informed and in control of their policies on the go.

In addition to Singer outlets, Union Assurance offers a plethora of payment collection options, including digital platforms like the ClicklifeApp and the Customer Portal on the Union Assurance website. Moreover, policyholders can utilize mobile payment services such as mCash and eZ Cash, or visit partner banks across the country to facilitate premium payments. The inclusion of third-party options like Abans Payments and Keells Super payments further underscores Union Assurance’s commitment to providing diverse and convenient payment avenues for its valued customers.
