Alongside its existing outlets in Gampaha, Negombo, Kadawatha, Kuliyapitiya, and Kalutara, the new bookstore aims to cater to the diverse reading needs of the community.
Renowned for its innovative book exchange system, Minsara Bookstore offers readers the opportunity to buy a book, read it, and exchange it for a new one within 14 days. This unique system allows customers to receive a new book for free, provided its value is 75% or less of the returned book. Additionally, the store features a designated area where patrons can peruse books free of charge, reflecting the owner Gamini Moragoda’s commitment to promoting literacy and learning.
Expressing his vision for the new branch, Moragoda emphasized the bookstore’s mission to contribute to the development of a knowledgeable community in Sri Lanka.
