3Rive Technologies, an AI-first legal technology service provider with its engineering and AI development centre in Sri Lanka, has announced that it has become an official partner in Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network, a global ecosystem of firms trained and vetted to deploy Claude, Anthropic’s family of artificial intelligence models, within client organisations.
The partnership marks a significant milestone for the company as it accelerates its expansion across international markets while reinforcing its commitment to building AI-driven solutions for the legal industry. Headquartered in Australia, with a regional office in Dubai and plans to establish a presence in the United Kingdom, 3Rive currently serves law firms and legal businesses across the UK and Australian markets.
According to the company, it believes it is among the first legal-technology-focused service providers globally to join the Claude Partner Network, a move that could further strengthen its standing in the rapidly evolving legal AI sector.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer Chuck Silva said the company was established with the goal of creating an organisation that was designed around artificial intelligence from the outset rather than adapting existing systems to accommodate emerging technologies.
He said the company’s ambition is to become one of the leading legal technology service providers in the Asia-Pacific region while also reshaping how technology services are delivered across the industry.

The company is also the creator of Cognitive Outsourcing, a UK-trademarked gain-share managed services model under which 3Rive assumes operational responsibility for a client’s back-office function and finances the redesign of those processes using AI over a multi-year period. Under the model, clients retain ownership of the AI assets developed during the engagement.
Internally, the company has integrated Claude across multiple business functions, including engineering, delivery, marketing, and back-office operations. According to 3Rive, the same AI-first approach it recommends to clients is embedded throughout its own operations, allowing the company to build practical experience alongside client delivery.
The announcement also highlights the growing importance of Sri Lanka AI development within the company’s broader strategy. With its engineering and AI development centre based in Sri Lanka, 3Rive intends to play an active role in strengthening the country’s emerging AI ecosystem and nurturing local technical talent.
As part of that effort, the company plans to organise a series of public Claude-focused events in Colombo, including workshops, live demonstrations, and community meetups aimed at helping developers gain hands-on experience with AI tools.
